How to Buy
1 - User registration
To make purchases in our store you must be registered. Registration involves filling in, once, a form with your personal data, choosing at the time a password that you must keep confidential.

After registration you can make purchases and check the status of orders.
2 - Make purchases
Purchases are made through the Add gift button on the page of each product. As soon as you click on it, the product is added to your shopping cart, which you can access through the respective link.
After choosing the products, you must then open the Shopping Cart or click on the Order button, where you can delete products or rectify quantities.
After this procedure you can then complete your order, following the step-by-step instructions. You will receive confirmation by email at the end, accompanied by the details of the order, as well as payment instructions when applicable.
In the Products>Orders menu you can review or track the status of your order at any time.
3 - Payment
All orders to be sent by carrier, or whenever requested by our services, will only be shipped after payment confirmation, according to the chosen method. This can be done by cheque, bank transfer or payment of services at the ATM.
Orders collected at our facilities can also be paid in cash or by ATM.
4 - Change of orders
You can make changes to orders through the contact area, and you must always mention the order number. If the order has already been shipped, it will be impossible to make the change.
5 - Shipping and shipping
Orders are shipped on the working day immediately following the order, whenever the products are available for delivery, and after payment confirmation.
The shipment is made by means of the choice of the AroeiraConceptStore, which may be CTT, other carriers or hand delivery.
All orders have a shipping cost of 10 euros to mainland Portugal, regardless of the number of products purchased or the amount of the order. This value includes insurance.
6 - Notes
The appearance of the products may vary from the images contained on our website, depending on the manufacturer. The description and characteristics of the products may vary without prior notice. Customers with pending orders will be notified in case of error or alteration of the product.
In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the transport of the goods already incurred so far, as well as the return to our facilities. AroeiraConceptStorewill not accept products that are not in the original packaging or that are not accompanied by all possible accessories and in perfect working order. All returns must be agreed in advance with our services.
